We had a totally high-end, wonderful, and beautiful experience that we expected. The staff here were above and beyond helpful and kind. Akiye helped us with two medical matters, including taking care of my daughter after a cycling accident. Kee served us every night in the restaurant and she was kind, thoughtful, and really took the best possible care of us, especially since we had children with some fussy food needs. We truly appreciate everyone for making our stay here wonderful.

Amazing views and classy vibe!

We recently stayed at a high-end hotel that offered stunning views and a luxurious stay. The staff was attentive and went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. One highlight was the well-equipped gym and beautiful spa facilities. the hotel was located in a quiet and serene location, away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

We did feel that the prices of food and drinks were quite steep. We were charged an exorbitant amount for a few glasses of wine and a lemonade.

We stayed at a hotel by the bay with jaw-dropping views, where you can enjoy exceptional Italian and Japanese cuisine. the refined and modern facilities, including the gym, spa, indoor and outdoor baths, pool, lounge. We had a terrace suite with a perfect setting and impeccable service, especially from Kee and Akiye.

The prices for drinks and meals were quite high, with less value for money.

During our weekend trip, we were mesmerized by the breathtaking views from our terrace and the beautifully designed modern facilities. The indoor and outdoor baths were top-notch, and the gym was well-equipped with modern equipment. Additionally, the staff went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was as comfortable as possible. The location was perfect, offering easy access to a nearby cycle route and other key attractions.

We must comment on the high prices of food and drinks. It was disappointing to see that some meals and drinks were not reasonably priced, especially considering what was offered. Although the staff was friendly, we felt that some of the details, like the costs, overshadowed the experience. It would have been also helpful if some more information was made available on their website in English. we had a great time, but we hope that the hotel considers more reasonable prices for future guests.

They also helped us with transportation and parking. The hotel facilities were top-notch and everything was clean. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options.
